Ayurveda invokes that disease are found in an individual when he/she is not in harmony with the universe and energies surrounding it. This causes the body to stray away from the path of health to a vulnerable e being, attracting the unpleasant and disharmony caused due to friction in lifestyle. The implications of understanding the cause are numerous. creation of models to prevent and treat. One of  the realisation of this model is that we oversee our complete health. Ayurveda takes into the consideration the realm of personal responsibility and once we are in that realm, we naturally are no longer prey to many diseases. Ayurveda is not a program which is is the same for everyone, barely two programs are alike.
