Dry Eyes

Am 45 years now and have been using computers for the past 25 years. Suffering from dry eyes now-a-days, which causes redness, sand in eyes feeling and general discomfort. My vision is normal and don't have sugar or BP or any illness. Can you please suggest some solution?

Dryness is exaggerated in your case, which must have got further augmented due to prevailing cold weather. Tear film of eye, that keeps eye moist through the day, gets damaged and leads to dry eye. Use Jiwadaya Netraprabha Anjana which will help your eyes to maintain its moistness, it is helpful in treating dry eyes. Instill 1 to 2 drops twice a day. In addition, pay attention for following non medicinal activities to maintain not only the health of eyes but also for general health : a) Do not stare continuously for long time on computer screen. Blinking of eyes in between is beneficial. b) Do a "Tratak Kriya "-a 'yoga technique' for the your eyes.(for detail please see the literature provided along with our product.) c) In between the work, slightly press your eyes with your palm for a minute to give rest to your eyes. d) Take adequate sleep. 7 to 8 hours preferably.
